How do I add a new monitor?

Go to your dashboard, click "Add Monitor", enter the URL you want to monitor, configure your check interval and alert settings, then save.

Why am I not receiving alerts?

Check your alert settings to ensure notifications are enabled. Also verify that quiet hours aren't active and that your email isn't filtering our messages as spam.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Click "Upgrade" and select your new plan. Your billing will be prorated automatically.

Can I monitor websites I don't own?

You should only monitor websites you have authorization to monitor. Monitoring third-party websites without permission may violate our Terms of Service.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel your subscription there. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your monitoring data is retained according to your plan's retention period after cancellation. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
